A powerful ceremony that weaves together breath-work, shamanic medicine songs, guided meditations, and chakra alignment to create a safe, sacred and profound healing experience. An expanded state of consciousness and deep, inner peace is achieved through an alchemical process of purification and restoration of our physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual bodies.

This workshop has grown out of Ivo and Cosetta’s combined 40 years of yoga, shamanic and meditation training, study and sharing, and represents the alchemy of their lives thus far as lovers, teachers, and medicine people.

Note: Doors open at 6 pm. Please arrive early to settle into your spot. Bring a mat/blanket, eye covering, thin pillow, and water bottle. Doors close once the ceremony begins. Plan to avoid eating for at least three hours before the session. Open to all, but not recommended during pregnancy. Please refrain from wearing perfumes/fragrances.

We will be offering BMC live-streamed online via Zoom from our home Maloka (studio) on the same day and same time: Saturday April 11, starting at 6:30pm Pacific.

Our home-based studio is a place very dear to us, and very positively charged, where we do a lot of healing work. We trust this medicine to be as effective remotely as it has been in person. We are investing in A/V equipment to make the experience as seamless as possible. The ceremony will be offered on a sliding scale starting at $10. Participants are asked to register in advance so that we can manage the bandwidth logistics. We will treat this as much as possible as we would in person, including circle sharing at the end. This is a much-needed medicine; our intention is to keep sharing it. We call all our angels and your support for this to come to fruition.

Date & Time:

  • April 11th, 2020
  • From 6:30pm – 9pm

Location: OmCulture Wallingford, 2210 N Pacific St.

Cost: Sliding scale starting at $10

Cosetta Romani

I am ferocious in my dedication to seize the present moment. Living life as it comes allows me to teach, heal and mentor others as a living practice, weaving all the wisdom traditions in the now.
I have been practicing the healing arts of yoga, meditation, rituals, shamanism and art for over 15 years. Therefore my group classes, workshops, retreats and private sessions are a creative blend of these ancient methodologies.
I use breath work, intuitions, asana, meditation, mantras, oracles, nature, shamanic journeys, visualizations, healing touch, writing, singing, poetry and dancing to feel and connect with the Body, Mind-Heart and Spirit of each student.
This alchemy allows me to support the growth and transformation of those who come my way, as I invite them to shift inward, toward the center of their longings, in order to access and express their deepest potentials.
Registered with Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500). I apprenticed for five years under the guidance of knowledgeable yoga teacher, Lee Atwell, whose teachings have been influenced by her guru Baba Hari Dass.  I undertook yoga-training intensives from Eric Schiffman, David Saul Raye, Mark Whitwell, Sarah Powers, Cindy Lee, Sean Corn, Shari Friedrichsen, Rod Stryker, Sally Kempton. I have been in an ongoing training since 2007 with my most inspirational and empowering teacher, Shiva Rea, and her lineage of Yoga Prana Flow.
The Sacred Path of the Warrior in the Shambhala Tradition, as taught by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche and Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, is the core foundation of my meditation practice, which is in constant evolution.
I completed a five-year mentorship with Sundust Oracle Institute under the compassionate guidance of medicine woman Char Sundust. Currently studying with renowned teachers and shamans Christina Pratt and Sandra Ingerman.
In the last ten years I have also embarked upon a deep healing and learning in the ancient path of the vegetalismo of the Peruvian culture. Currently learning under the guidance of Shipibo master curandero Ricardo Amaringo, founder of the healing center Nihue Rao.
In Shamanic Cultures plants and trees are considered the real university and pharmacy available to us. I travel to South America on a regular basis in the spirit of respect, humility, gratitude and ayni (reciprocity) for the gift of learning and sharing with our brothers and sisters.
I am also a creative dakini, who has been studying and practicing the art of ikebana (flower arrangements) from the Sogetzu school. I find a daily delight in the creation of altars and sacred space.
