At the heart of yoga lies the formal practice of Pranayama, or breath control. It holds a mysterious power that can soothe a tired body or wild mind. The vital force circulating through us, known as prana, can be channeled and cultivated through many different breathing exercises. So join Rebecca Pitzer for an evening of transformation breathing. You will be guided through a 2-part breathing technique that invites a meditative state of calm and relaxation.

The mind and body are given the space to let go and release stress, anxiety and fear, essentially healing the mind and body from the inside out.

Be sure to bring a yoga mat, this practice is done lying down, and an eye pillow if you use one.
