Prepare yourself for the ultimate night’s sleep with this mellow, reflective hour long class.
We will utilize Yin, Restorative, Pranayama and Myofascial Release to unwind your body, mind and breath… settling you more comfortably into your skin, and quieting your thoughts. We will be holding most of the poses for longer periods of time, and you will be bolstered and supported by a number of props to ensure you can access ultimate relaxation. Sounds nice, doesn’t it?
This is an absolutely perfect class for someone new to yoga, or just getting back into it.
Bring your comfy socks and settle into some mellow vibes! Plenty of props are offered, including bolsters, blankets, and lavender eye pillows.

About the instructor: Sonja Spinarski
I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching since February 2016. Movement and mindfulness have been absolute medicine to me, through everyday aches and pains to grief and depression. Yoga also has invited me to approach my body, mind and breath with a curiosity and playfulness that I find invaluable. We deserve to move in unique ways and to celebrate our incredible bodies. And so while much of my personal practice sprung from Vinyasa and Bikram, my teaching (and practice) has morphed into something very different… something that allows me to pay reverence to the practice, the body, and all of the teachers that have forged paths before me.
