Combat your busy life, schedule and rigorous practice with this mellow and relaxing Yin Class…. offered monthly.

This class will be focused on soft movement and easy to reach poses, sitting, and laying down on the back, belly, and side body. Each accessible pose is held from 3-5 minutes, allowing the body to settle into and unlock stiffness that lives within the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, and fascia. Guided meditation, mantras, and intentions will be set during the first few moments of class and interweaved throughout the duration of 90 minutes to attain a peaceful mindset.
Relax even deeper with the addition of aromatherapy through the use of essential oils. Essential oils can help relax, revitalize, and bring more easefulness into a mind-body connection. Essential oil use is optional and completely up to the practitioner.

About the instructor: Lacey Fisher

Lacey Fisher

Meet Lacey Fisher, 200 Hour RYT. Lacey began her yoga journey when she found a local community of yogis in Laramie Wyoming. It was there that she began seeking and understanding deeper meanings of yoga’s physical, personal, and ethical meanings and backgrounds. In 2015 Lacey earned her Yoga Teacher Certification from Hot Power Yoga, at which time she began learning and teaching the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. Lacey has attended classes with Ty Landrum at The Yoga Workshop in Boulder Colorado, a traditional Ashtanga Yoga studio, and currently deepens her own practice by attending and apprenticing at The Acme Yoga Project, an Ashtanga based studio with Troy Lucero. Lacey has had the opportunity to work in multiple studios and learn from a diverse base of instructors. Lacey strives to bring safe and accessible yoga to her community, while integrating philosophy, theory, and spirituality to each class.
