Celestial Bodies: Astrology for Yogis at Drift Yoga Studio + Juice Bar

A workshop experience that merges the magic of astrology and yoga! Learn the basics of astrology and how to explore your birth chart, and how to connect the dots between your astrology and your yoga and meditation practices. Jazmin Rambeau and Sarah Hyde will be your guides as we explore the mystical realms of the stars and planets, as well as our own minds and bodies. You’ll learn how to integrate your astrology with your yoga practice, and come away with a newfound appreciation for the ways in which these modalities can work together.

This workshop includes:

• Astrology 101 and birth chart explorations with Jazmin
• Intention setting & journaling
• Gentle movement and a restorative soundbath with Sarah
