In this 90 minute Crystals, Chakras & Sound Bath workshop we choose the most energetically matched crystals and stones that balance the chakras, bringing harmony to the body and mind.

Come learn the benefits and different ways to use your crystals and how to clear and charge them. Experience the harmonious melodic vibrations of the crystal singing bowls during a guided meditation to balance your chakras, ending with a Sacred Smudging session.

My favorite type of yoga class to teach is a Yin & Yoga Nidra class, although I frequently teach, hatha, power, yin, yoga Nidra, fusion, yoga sculpt, aerial, kids, teens, and private yoga. You can also find me teaching a variety of Kettlebooty, Barre, Core & Pilates classes as well as a variety of related workshops.

Being a health conscious vegetarian, my own personal daily yoga and meditation practice (Sadhana) is a very important part of my life. I’ve dedicated my life to, and it is my passion to help and inspire others to live a healthy and more consciously evolved lifestyle. I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest the majority of my adult life and have been teaching yoga full time in Washington for 10 years.  As Program Lead in Teacher Training Programs in Yoga, Barre and Aerial Yoga.
