Did you know that yoga is meant to be a practice of self-care?
It was designed to keep the body, mind and emotions healthy and ultimately allow you to connect more deeply with your Spirit. When yoga came to the West the physical postures were adopted as a form of exercise, but there is more to it.
If you would like to explore the benefits that yoga has to offer this yoga wellness course is for you. In this workshop, you will do a short yoga practice, have a guided meditation and learn a little about nutrition and lifestyle habits that help you feel more balanced. At the end of the workshop, we’ll talk about next steps for your practice and discuss how our 200-hour teacher training is designed to be a yoga lifestyle course to deepen your yoga practice, even if you never want to teach.
