Community Hike with Nicole Tsong
Sunday, August 25th  @9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Join Nicole Tsong, author of Yoga for Hikers, for an adventure to the alpine wonderland of Snow Lake, paired up with a goals conversation up top! We will meet, hike, and chat about how your intuition actually talks to you — and HOW to talk back! You will start to see the goals that are already alive in you. Yup, this is game-changer stuff. We might even stretch a little to boot!

Get yourself to the parking lot on time! We will meet at 9 a.m., and start hiking at 9:30. The hike will take around 4-5 hours with lunch. Bring a lunch, extra snacks, and wear sturdy shoes and sweat-wicking clothes (no cotton, please). Don’t forget your sunglasses or a hat, sunscreen, and a LOT of water (64 oz. or two full-size water bottles is ideal). Snow Lake is hot! You’ll need a Northwest Forest pass to park for the day.

This is a FREE community event. Due to the nature of this activity, there are limited spaces. Registration is required. If you are no longer able to attend for any reason, please cancel as soon as possible so we can release those spots to other people.

About the instructor: Nicole Tsong

Nicole TsongI used to live according to what I thought I was supposed to do.
I was supposed to use my literature degree, so I became a journalist. I was supposed to climb the ladder of journalism, so I dutifully moved around the country, living in small cities no one had heard of, working my way up based on rules made up by somebody else.
After years of talking to people about their trauma, politics, and death, I realized the truth – I got into journalism to serve the public, yet it wasn’t serving me. I recreated myself and my career several times over, first as a yoga teacher, next as an author and again as an entrepreneur.
Energy work and personal development taught me to trust to my gut, pay attention to the call put out in front of me and to follow it, even though it feels terrifying. It feels terrifying EVERY SINGLE TIME.
And, I’ve seen the results. It’s how I wrote my two books, “Yoga for Hikers” and “Yoga for Climbers”. It’s how I met my husband. It’s how I got another book deal for “24 Ways to Move” (Mountaineers Books, Fall 2020.) It’s how I launched my own business, Maple Path Coaching. I now set goals that send me flying out of bed in the morning.
