About the instructor: Michelle Pearson

Michelle views yoga as self-care only we can give to ourselves. She connects with breath as an antidote to persistent pain and anxiety. Her tools for centering presence are movement, therapeutic breathwork, meditation, and rest (or naps). She is a licensed massage therapist, lymphatic specialist, and a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She is a devoted student of Sanskrit and Vedanta.
