Join Master Teacher and Founder of Blissology Yoga for a workshop that will forever change your yoga and your life. Contrary to what most people (including yogis) think, working your core is not about beating your body into submission to get a six-pack or suffering through grueling one-minute boat poses. No, Eoin’s unique “core happiness” approach will teach you to access intelligent, connected strength along the length and space in your joints. You will use the muscles of the feet, the inner legs, the abdominals, and the spine to create the best foundation for long, deep, and calming breaths, which, you got it, will give you “core happiness,” happiness from the inside out, the foundation of Blissology.

Yoga, like life, requires a stable base from which we can grow. Learn powerful mind-body skills that will lengthen your pain-free movement span. At the same time, allow space for grace, release stuck emotions, and turn your body into an antenna that picks up the signal of Bliss.

This workshop will be a blend of a yoga class, in-depth postural breakdown, philosophical facilitation. Be prepared to move, listen, and ask questions!

About the instructor: Eoin Finn

Eoin FinnThe Canadian native is a globally renowned yogi, surfer, and Blissologist who has been carving his original tracks through the metaphysical worlds of yoga, philosophy, and movement since 1989.

Lauded by Yoga Journal as the “Thoreau of Yoga” for his eco-activism and dedication to connecting yogis more deeply to the spirituality of nature and by Oprah as “one to watch,” Finn’s Blissology Yoga style centers on the simple idea of sharing happiness.

Eoin has studied Anatomy and physiology at Harvard Medical School and Exercise Physiology at the University of California, Berkeley. While rooted deeply in yoga’s therapeutic and transformative alignment and physiology, his down-to-earth, modern spiritual insights refresh like cool water. He firmly believes that to find bliss, you must “seek quiet solitude in nature.”

A passionate ocean activist, he started the Blissology EcoKarma project in 2014, raising aid and awareness through yoga and activism for the world’s precious but imperiled coral reefs.
