Couples Massage for Labor with Alice Ambrose

Join us for an afternoon to learn hands on massage tips and techniques for couples. This class is specifically designed to teach the birth partner how to effectively provide comfort measures and perform pain management techniques during the labor process. This is a hands-on class and participants will gain useful & practical experience to use during labor. Includes a handout of all information covered in class including massage, acupressure, and ‘tools for pain relief’. We will also review yoga positions that are helpful during labor and birth. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in, partners also.

Cost: $69 per couple
