Learn the choreography from the video “Taj Yogadance: Dance your Asana.” Participants will learn fundamental Yogadance patterns, and progress into the stylized choreography of this athletic and joyous take on Yogadance.

This 9.5 hours workshop culminates in an optional informal presentation, Sunday, at 12:00noon.

All sections required, workshop limited to 18 participants. Invite your family and friends! Recommendation: strong standing pose technique, or instructors consent.

  • Friday: 6h30pm-8h30pm
  • Saturday: 11h00am-1h30pm & 2h30pm-5h00pm
  • Sunday: 10h00am-12h30pm
