The purpose of all dharma talk is to inspire deepening of practice. A dharma talk can take several forms. It can be a formal commentary on teachings or a personal narrative of experience. It will be the story of an American yogi with 52 years of teaching experience and extensive direct personal immersion in the Himalayan yoga culture.

About the instructor: Salvatore Zambito
Salvatore’s yoga journey began one night in 1954 when he was seven years old. He began āsana practice in 1968 and was recruited into āsana instruction in 1969. In 1971, he moved into meditation guidance. In 1981, while teaching Yoga and Stress Management at Boise State, Salvatore met Dr Arya (later Sw Veda Bhāratī) and because of him, Silence became his core practice.
Salvatore has just completed four years of Conditional Silence with his wife.
