THE WORKSHOP
If you have a burning desire to see the true self, tapas, this is a workshop for you. Joy Caffrey, energy medicine practitioner and yoga teacher, will guide you through the steps necessary to effectively dismantle your inner critic so that you can feel less stress, open to self-acceptance, and access your vitality. During this playful and interactive workshop, you will learn tools for renewal through a combination of discussion, guided meditation, and creative exploration. (This will not be an asana practice. This is a practice of the second limb of yoga, niyama, with a focus on samtosa, tapas, and isvaraprandihana.)

Located on 18 acres in a natural, park-like setting, the Talaris Center is just minutes from downtown Seattle. Talaris is the quintessential Northwest experience with a large wildlife pond, landscaped lawns, courtyards, and walking paths throughout the venue.
