Divine Feminine Yoga Workshop

The divine feminine represents the sacred energy of all humanity. That can include birth, motherhood, restoration, reception, life, healing, intuition, wisdom, forgiveness, softness, pleasure, healing and much more. In this workshop you will be guided through a deeper awareness of the sacral and heart chakras via a 75 minute, all-levels vinyasa yoga sequence designed to explore our unique divine feminine energy. A group discussion will follow where we will answer the questions below. We will then close with personal written reflections to document  your thoughts about embracing our divine feminine off of our mats.

What You Will Need:

• Sensual yet comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and that makes you feel beautiful
• A yoga mat
• A journal and pen
• Water
