Join veteran yoga instructor Michele Hausman for Divorce Well’s 75-minute yoga class specially curated to calm and heal the nervous system and mind. Bessel Van De Kolk author of β€œThe Body Keeps Score” illustrates through his research that trauma is held in our bodies. Yoga and breathwork are the most effective modalities to heal and detox the trauma from our bodies.

This all-levels yoga classes will begin with a centering exercise progressing into gentle or rhythmic movements combined with breath which moves energy through the system and creates new healing patterns of movement and breath. Some classes will include Yoga Nidra or Mantra chanting, both of which are deeply restorative, restful and transformative.
