In this beginner-to-intermediate class, you will be guided through a series of yoga poses that link breath and continuous movement as well as strengthening holds as we build to a βpeak pose.βThis class is designed to be suitable for both beginners looking to get their feet wet and experienced yogis looking for a challenge. End your practice on a great note with a guided mediation using DropSound headphones that enable you to block out the world while only hearing the instructor and music.
