Embodied Assisting Yoga Weekend Workshop

Whether you are looking to hone your own practice, or grow your skills as an assistant or teacher, this program gives you the applied learning to take your practice, and that of your students, to a new level.

Delve into the key poses of yoga, working hands-on to refine your experiential knowledge of the poses, while assisting others. In this 14-hour training you will learn to detect and remove the blocks to optimal alignment and freedom, gain confidence to take yourself and your students into new levels of practice. You’ll leave feeling empowered and well aligned.

This program is the first step to becoming an assistant at Be Luminous Yoga, qualifies as 14-hours of continuing education for all 200 & 500-Hour RYTs, and as 14-hours toward your 500-Hour Advanced Training at Be Luminous Yoga.

Program Schedule: Saturday & Sunday November 12-13, 2016 9am-5 pm (with lunch breaks)
