Retreat to Nature,  Return to Your Body,  Remember Yourself

This mindfulness retreat is for calling ourselves home. Surrounded by nature, we will use yoga, breath work, walking and seated meditation to explore what it means to be mindful. The invitation is to deepen our awareness, notice our mental tendencies and to offer heartfelt kindness to it all. Deep in the woods, nestled on the shores of Diablo Lake, we will take time to slow down and prioritize self-care. We will enjoy nourishing, locally sourced meals, have time in nature and retreat into our own hearts.

Our weekend together includes:

Four yoga practices to include active sun salutations, gentle flow, yin, restorative & yoga nidra
Mindful movement, breath work, and walking meditation (indoor & outdoor)
Guided mindfulness meditations
Optional guided hike, guided canoe excursion and evening campfire to enjoy community and outdoor time
Five fresh, delicious meals showcasing the seasonal foods of the Skagit River Valley.
Our retreat begins at 3pm on Friday and concludes with a closing circle Sunday followed by lunch together.
Time for relaxation, introspection and quiet (think reading, journaling or napping 🙂

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this is an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice, increase self-awareness and enjoy being in community.
