In this workshop, we will break down the things you need to feel confident in handstand, forearm stand and chin stand. Take time to build strength and courage in going upside down and learn ways to incorporate these poses into your everyday practice. Whether you’re just beginning your inversion journey or feel well-seasoned, you’ll find lots to learn and space to play. Flip your body and perspective in this fun and transformative workshop!
