Join Elizabeth once a month for a juicy 2-hour yoga & meditation practice. We’ll start with a grounding pranayama practice before moving through a dynamic vinyasa flow. Then, we’ll settle in for guided meditation, long slow stretches & restorative poses.

We’ll finish practice with an extended, supported savasana.

Schedule: Sun, Jan 7 6pm-8pm

Cost : Part of the regular membership or class pass.
