Extended Yin is a 90 minute practice of stillness in body and mind. Learn postures to support digestion in the body and mind to equip you for the upcoming holidays season. This class is free for members, open to the general public and accessible for all levels. No experience needed.

About the instructor: Meagan Lass
Meagan’s classes invite a sense of challenge, movement, meditation, and deep relaxation and are accessible to all levels of student. She designs intelligent sequences that blend styles into creative yoga classes to give students the opportunity to explore their own connection to their body and mind. Her teachings are a reflection of what she loves to practice: a focus on body mechanics and anatomy for safety and longevity, and a strong awareness of breath to stay rooted in the present moment.
