After a busy summer, come join Julie and your fellow practitioners for a few hours of meditation practices. A short talk will be given around the nature of the mind and meditation. The rest of the time will be experiential. Meditation experiences will include movement practices accessible to everyone, pranayama, meditative kriyas (energy work involving some combination of breath, sound, and movement), and seated meditation.
