Loading Events

This 90-minute session will focus on connection: with our bodies, our breath, and our community. Feel Good Flows are a slow-flow vinyasa style class, with some restorative poses included, and a nice long Savasana. While Yoga isnโ€™t necessarily a โ€œfeel goodโ€ practice, this class is designed to help students build an understanding of what works & feels great in their bodies on that day. Expect plenty of time to warm up, wind down, and explore.

About the instructor: REYNA COHEN

 

Reyna has been teaching public vinyasa and yin classes to adults, teens and tweens for 7 years now. She is the creator of Body Kind Yoga, and has been feature in Yoga Journal & Yoga International. Reyna teaches live classes via Zoom, is writing a book, and is currently working on creating small Body Kind Yoga training programs for other Yoga Asana teachers.
