Oh, the places you’ll Crow! This workshop will introduce the foundational keys to Crow Pose. Once you are confident in this fundamental arm balance, we’ll work toward some fun and funky variations, building strength and stability along the way.

A playful vinyasa practice will let it all come together, integrating these new shapes and transitions into the flow.
