Join us for a 90 minute Flow and Glow event. We will spend the first 30 minutes painting with fluorescent paint, then head in to the hot room for 90 minutes of flow under the black lights. This is a heated event.

About the instructor: Cami Green

My name is Cami, and one of my closest-held beliefs is connection to family, our planet, and my community is what heals us. I am so very grateful for the benefits I’ve experienced as a student of yoga, that I became a Certified Yoga Teacher to share my love and passion for this practice with my fellow humans. As a survivor of breast cancer and a mother of two beautiful children, yoga has helped me to thrive beyond my wildest dreams. It is my heartfelt intention that I am able to share this joy with others at You R Hot Yoga.
