ROLL OUT using the foam roller in this fun, fascia-loving workshop! Beginning with a short level 1 Vinyasa Practice, this workshop will specialize in helping you get to know your foam roller through loosening tight connective tissues and muscles in favor of increasing flexibility and reducing pain and tension. Sore, tight muscles? This workshop is for YOU.Bring your own foam roller. If you do not have one, you can purchase one from us before the workshop.

About the instructor: Sarah Fletcher
Sarah is thrilled to be back in her hometown of Seattle after spending 5 years exploring the yoga world of San Francisco! She is expanding her teaching in Seattle presently, and enjoys teaching private, partner, and small group sessions in addition to her regular weekly classes – tailoring the experience to the needs and experience level of her students. She is well versed in many styles of yoga; creating a unique yoga experience to energize, enrich, and heal the body, mind and soul.
As a musician (sarahfletchersoprano.com), Sarah looks forward to being on the roster of the Seattle Opera Chorus starting fall of 2019. She weaves music into her yoga teaching by creating custom mixes to enhance the vibe of each class, and enjoys leading chants within her yoga classes to deepen her students joyful experience through sound meditation and mantra.
With a background in Psychology and Behavioral Therapy, Sarah has years of experience working with children affected by DD and ASD, with a specialized yoga for ASD diagnosed children certification from YEAS as well as Yoga In The Classroom through Mini Yogi’s. Sarah has advancved training in Yoga Therapy and Chakra Yoga from Purusha Yoga School in San Francisco. She also specializes in working with athletes and singers , in addition to individuals experiencing illness or injury to the musculo-skeletal and neuro-muscular systems.
