Join Katie and Chloe for an evening of intentional time in nature right here in our own urban backyard, Ravenna Ravine. Katie Asare, a longtime Pranify instructor, will guide breathwork and asana to help you shift from your thought-focused mind awareness to your sense-focused body awareness. Then Chloe Lee, cofounder of Cascadia Forest Therapy, will guide you on a slow walk through the forest to create space for you to open your senses and connect through a series of invitations. Finally we will share a wild-crafted tea ceremony to seal our practice and allow the relaxing effects of your time in nature to carry forward into your daily life.
