Deepen your relationship to nature and to your own self during this guided yoga + forest bathing event led by Carrie Johnson and Michael Stein-Ross.

During this 3 hour event on Vashon Island, you will learn how to tap into your senses for a full body experience and you will also develop a deeper understanding of the five elements: air, fire, earth, water, and ether.

This event includes a slow nature hike (1 mile in length), standing yogic postures, meditation, and finishes with a tea ceremony and snacks.

 

Date & Time: Saturday, Jul 24th, 2021 @10pm-1pm

Cost: Investment in self is $74 (early bird) or $79 after July 16th.

We will gather together on Vashon Island; more details are available in our event packet that is sent out about 1 week prior to the event. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and dress in layers according to the weather. We suggest you carry a small backpack with a water bottle.

Carrie Johnson Bio

 

Carrie is the owner of Aya Yoga Oasis, a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT200 and YACEP), and an adventurous world explorer. Carrie enjoys exploring new cultures and new places, while keeping an open mind to new possibilities.

Carrie is also very passionate about sharing yoga with her students in a way that allows them to cultivate the art of listening to their body. Every class she teaches allows time for each student to experiment and to learn something new about themselves.

 

 

 

Michael Stein-Ross

 

Michael Stein-Ross is the founder of Cascadia Forest Therapy and is an experienced educator and certified ANFT guide.
