Join Maari Falsetto, owner of Inner Alchemy and Marc Lainhart, The Intutitive Prospector for Forest Friday hikes!

This is a free community event to get out together and enjoy our beautiful northwest nature with a hike, meditation and some Qi Gong. We will meet at Inner Alchemy for a 7:30am departure and return around 3:30pm. Pack a lunch, water, gear and a Discover pass for parking.
