This FREE class with Sandra, 2,000 hr Certified Purna Yoga Professional is for everyone who is yearning for a deeper, more restful nights sleep naturally. Do you lie awake at night? And struggle to feel rested during the day? We know in our heart that when we have had a good nights rest, we feel more balanced and that our quality of life greatly improves. However, with our modern lifestyle, a good night’s sleep is becoming more and more elusive. Many of us reluctantly resort to medication. Why are we having so much trouble sleeping? There are lots of reasons. Generally, it is often because the body and nervous system do not feel settled enough to go into the parasympathetic state where rest and rejuvenation happens. But there are energetic reasons as well.
In this class, we will look at many of these reasons of why we are not getting deep restful sleep and present tried and true natural solutions that we at Alive and Shine Center have had great success with.
The solutions we have discovered AND would love to share include but are not limited to:

About the Teacher: Sandra Storwick
Sandra is a Certified Purna Yoga Instructor at the 2,000 hour level. She has been a student of yoga since 1983 when she was living in India, teaching art at an International School in South India. She has been a yoga teacher since 1994. She especially enjoys working with beginning students. She has degrees in Education and International Development and is a graduate of Brian Utting Massage School. She has two grown daughters, both devoted to yoga and meditation. Sandra has had a life long interest in nutrition, health, spirituality, and healing. She loves to garden.
