Family Yoga Class – ages 2-10 yrs

Join West Seattle Mama, Meg Erb, for Family Yoga Class!

Bring your favorite little yogi and come to stretch, breath, and move. Classes will feature traditional yoga poses broken down for yogis of all ages. We’ll also have some fun music, dancing, and meditation techniques that parents can take off the mat and use at home to help kiddos when they need a little extra help slowing down. Please bring yoga mats if you have them, Meg also will have some to lend out.

Megan Erb is a mom of 2 young girls, a long time yoga practitioner, and a certified kids yoga instructor.

For the past decade, Megan Erb has been practicing and studying the discipline of yoga. After becoming a parent over 7 years ago, she has incorporated yoga movement and breathing with her two girls. The practice of yoga is not only beneficial for adults but also supports kids through the promotion of body awareness, reduces stress and anxiety, increases self-confidence, builds strength and social-emotional skills. Yoga also encourages movement, mindfulness, and fun! Family yoga gives families the opportunity to build these skills together in a fun and inclusive setting. Megan is passionate about sharing her love of yoga with kids and families of all abilities.
