Together, we’ll dig deep and get grounded in movement that honors our unique bodies. We’ll think less, feel more, and find the freedom to make your vinyasa practice your own.

This journey will begin on your mat with a familiar flow, gracefully expanding to an exploration of vinyasa free from the rectangular confines of the mat. Cultivate an intimate awareness of yourself, let go of constraints, and break out of the box to embrace your own free flow- with mindful abandon. Expect to be challenged, inspired, and enlivened!
