This class is for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. Led by teacher Iza Narag. Utilize vinyasa style flows to cultivate space, physically and mentally, while easing into the body to release tension throughout. You’ll flow through a series of postures allowing the breath to guide you, offering time to rest, reassure, and retry various postures. A perfect way to begin to find the connection of the body to the mind. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.

Participants will be asked to wear a mask and practice physical distancing. Anyone experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 is asked not to attend.
