Lift yourself out of your repetitive thoughts with the support of a group meditating! As each of you dives deeply into the meditative state, the brain calms down. From this state, we more objectively see our thoughts and patterns.

With this guided meditation, we tune into our bodies, the Earth, and the space around us, as our brainwaves slow down. The goal is to feel harmony in our bodies. As our minds calm, the habitual thoughts lose power and we can more easily tune into our creative intuition.
