Join us for a Free prenatal yoga class taught by Briana Eichbaum on Sunday, March 15th at 10:00am.

Prenatal Yoga is an amazing way connect with your changing body and your baby during pregnancy. This class is gentle and safe for any woman in any trimester or even preparing for pregnancy. The class will utilize various yoga poses to develop flexibility, strength and breath awareness that aid common discomforts of pregnancy and labor. Most importantly, this class will explore the connection between rest and the nervous system and how that connection can aid during labor.

About the instructor: Briana Eichbaum

Briana EichbaumBriana set herself on the yogic path in 2002 during her journey to a B.S. in Nutritional Science to better help her understand a deeper meaning to what health and wellness truly is.
Fast-forward to 2016 where her son was diagnosed with ADHD. Using yoga to help with focus and finding calm; Briana knew that becoming an instructor was her calling. After teaching preschool for 14 years, she became a student herself at 8 Limbs Yoga Studio and obtained her 200-hour yoga teacher certification and immediately took a 25-hour mentorship through Seattle Kid’s Yoga and was certified to give the gift of yoga to children in 2018.

Since then she has taught expectant mamas, postpartum as well as teaching mindfulness to Seattle Public School employees at the John Stanford Center. She specializes in teaching kids yoga throughout the Greater Seattle Area.

Off the mat you can find her hiking, spending time with her family or eating ice cream!!
