Celebrate FREE Purna Yoga Classes for International Yoga Day with us at Alive & Shine Center. These will be held at Alive & Shine Center in Bellevue, WA. These are taught by 2,000 hr Certified Purna Yoga Professionals. Join in the fun. Free Purna Yoga classes will be offerred throughout the world by our affiliate locations as well.

About the Teachers:

Lynne AebiLynne Aebi is an Affiliate Purna Yoga teacher at the 500 hr level and registered with Yoga Alliance. She has taken an additional 160 hours of specialty coursework in yoga for people with particular health conditions and is enrolled in the College of Purna Yoga 2,000 teacher training program. She has practiced yoga since 1996 and been a teacher since 2011.

I cherish those moments when a student’s eyes light up and they have an “Ah Ha” moment as a part of their body opens for the first time, a pain is relieved, or a stressed body is able to relax. Purna Yoga is a life-long journey of self-discovery, of overcoming fears and limitations we place on ourselves and of bringing love and joy into every aspect of our lives. I wake up every day thankful for its gifts of physical freedom, mental stimulation, and spiritual insights. I listen to and observe students to craft varied classes that are safe, challenging and joyful.”

Sandra Storwick Yoga BellevueSandra Storwick is a Certified Purna Yoga Instructor at the 2,000 hour level. She has been a student of yoga since 1983 when she was living in India, teaching art at an International School in South India. She has been a yoga teacher since 1994. She especially enjoys working with beginning students. She has degrees in Education and International Development and is a graduate of Brian Utting Massage School. She has two grown daughters, both devoted to yoga and meditation. Sandra has had a life long interest in nutrition, health, spirituality, and healing. She loves to garden.”Asana and meditation help me see myself more clearly. They help me step out of the world of the mind into the heart where I can experience both the Love and Light in me. I also become more aware of old habits that are in the way of me being this Light all the time. Through the practice of Asana and Meditation I can connect to my heart and open the doorway to my inner teacher: Me. “
