Free sunset yoga class at Golden Gardens park

Join Shelagh Brown for a free outdoor yoga class at the Golden Gardens park where you will enjoy a beautiful sunset.

Come restore yourself with some asana, pranayama and meditation on the shores of our beloved Puget sound! Let’s sweat, laugh, stretch, breathe, cry, sigh, bend, jump, reach, love and shake our souls together manifesting more joy, peace, harmony, abundance and healing into the world as we move and practice together, as one.

This is a free event open to all humans of all ages, body types, cultural backgrounds and you are encouraged to bring your loved ones along and invite anyone you think might be into it. The focus will be on laughing and having a good time and not taking ourselves too seriously!

About Shelagh Brown: Shelagh has been teaching for several years since completing her 200hr yoga teacher training through the Samarya Center in 2012. She absolutely loves sharing her practice with others.
