Please join us in celebrating the Winter Solstice on with a Yoga Mala led by Deb Irby: 108 Sun Salutations to mark the shortest day of the year and the return of the sun as the days grow longer!

As a moving meditation, the practice of 108 Sun Salutations provides the opportunity to reflect on the meaning of light and dark. We’ll focus on the light within us as a way of breaking out of the darkness of winter, creating light and energy that will keep us going until spring!

While the goal is to complete all 108, your intention is more important than the physical practice. We’ll be offering a number of options to make this practice available to everyone.
