Free yoga class & community BBQ at Bikram Yoga Udistrict

Join us on the first Friday of every month for a free Bikram yoga class open to everyone in the community. The class is a regular Bikram 90min class taught by an awesome guest teacher and it starts at 4h30pm. But the fun part is that after the sweating and a good shower, we hang out and BBQ burgers and other goodies on our deck over looking the AVE!
Please bring yourself, friends and family and maybe something small to share! We supply the burgers but everything else is up to you!
