Roy Holman will be teaching a free class at Sound Holistic health in Everett. He will also be presenting information about his upcoming 3 days Yoga retreat and hiking in Mt Baker which is happening in July. Don’t make dinner plans as the group will likely go somewhere around there to grab dinner together.
