We, at the Bhakti Yoga Family at UW, want to improve the quality of living of students and faculty by teaching them principles for a stress-free, happy and meaningful life. We offer free classes on various forms of yoga and vegan cooking every Friday in the HUB from 7 PM! We do simple exercises and yoga asanas, practice breathing for stress relief and mental focus, participate in mantra meditation with spiritual music and go deep into our consciousness by discussing life’s deepest questions through the eyes of Vedic wisdom texts. And everyone gets free, tasty and healthy vegetarian dinner complimentary of our Bhakti Yogi Family.
