Yoga Nidra is a guided ancient meditation practice meant to give a deep sense of relaxation and calm. It is sometimes referred to as “the sleep of the yogis” and has been used by the Army to treat PTSD.  Audrey Benton is offering Yoga Nidra classes at the studio here, and we would love to have you join in. This is a free class that is available to everyone in the community. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and pillow.
