Flow Fitness Fremont is offering free yoga during the month of September. Our yoga program is ideal for beginner to intermediate level practitioners and is built for those who enjoy yoga as part of their overall fitness routine.

Come and try a class in our beautiful yoga studio with amazing instructors and a welcoming community. Our yoga studio is kept in the high 70’s which is enough to keep the body warm and break a sweat.  Our studio features infrared heaters which warms your muscles directly and allows for greater flexibility, increases blood circulation and helps you sweat and detoxify your body.

You’re welcome to take as many classes as you want in the month of September.

 

Power Flow Yoga with Katie Klodell – free to non-members Description: Mondays @ 6am – 7am

Energize your day with a fun, athletic vinyasa flow set to upbeat music. This class will keep you moving and make you sweat while clearing your mind for the day ahead. This yoga will feel like a work out, but leave your mind fresh and focused. Come prepared to move your body and have some fun.

 

Yoga Flow with Katelyn Page – free to non-members Description: Mondays @12pm – 1pm

Synch your breath with your movement. This dynamic Vinyasa class builds strength, flexibility and an awareness of the body. The class starts slowly, allowing you to land on your mat. We’ll begin with deep breathing and progress to more challenging postures, building heat from the inside out. Class ends with restorative breathing and relaxation. Yoga Flow can be modified for any level, allowing practitioners of all abilities to feel both challenged and supported.

Hip Hop Vinyasa with Katelyn Page – free for non members Description: Wednesdays @7pm – 8pm

This class is a fun, fiery flow with a combination of soothing yoga beats, hip hop, R & B and pop. Prepare for a Power Vinyasa pace set to bumpin’ beats for a fun + playful hip hop inspired flow. This high energy practice is filled with opportunities for strength building, heart pumping, and ample sweating. The poses will build a lot of heat and challenge you with room to play and elaborate as you progress. This is the perfect way to start your weekend!

 

Yoga Flow with Tarah Stuht – free to non-members Description: Thursdays @05:45pm – 06:45pm

Soulful Flow with Emily Thach – free to non-members: Sundays @9am – 10:15 am

A Sunday morning yoga flow class incorporating music and an inspiring message to help energize the body and renew the spirit. This class is a combination of meditation, vinyasa flow, deep stretches and breath-work to spark connection to the authentic self. All souls welcome.

 

Yin Yoga/Deep Stretch with Ella Mahler – free to non-members Description: Sundays @5pm – 6:15pm

This mindful yoga class is designed for the athlete in all of us! Whether you are training for a race, play a specific sport or just want to enhance your overall flexibility, this class is for you. This class cultivates flexibility, increases range of motion, and supports you in developing enhanced focus and body awareness. By lengthening overworked muscles and releasing tension in the connective tissue, this class will bring your body back into alignment and lessen the risk of injury. Breath work and meditation will be woven into this class to build concentration and mindfulness. With a clear mind and flexible body, you will feel renewed and prepared for success in your athletic endeavors on and off the mat. All levels, beginners welcome.
