• 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm, Friendship Yoga Class with Zofia
• 6:30-7:30 pm, Organic Vegetarian Potluck and Chair or Hour long Massages. Bring a vegetarian dish to share!
• 7:30-8:30 pm, Heartfull Party Night

• Price: $15.00
• Alive & Shine Member Price: $13.50
• Chair Massage $20 for 10 min/$18 for Alive & Shine Members
