Adam Hawes

Adam Hawes

Adam has been practicing and teaching Power Yoga for the past 10 years, based in San Jose, Lake Tahoe, Seattle, and New England. As a professional athlete in his late teens and early 20s, he has been fortunate to train with a wide range of international teachers and studios, bringing his practice and always-on positive energy with him all over the world. Adam was originally drawn to Yoga as a proactive method of healing and preventing sports injuries; what he experienced was a profound strengthening of the muscles, increased flexibility in the joints, calming of a busy mind, and a vastly improved focus to life both on and off the mat. Adam believes in a strong, stable, high energy, and FUN(!) approach to Power, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, sharing his love for movement, breath, and community with all levels of practices, backgrounds, and abilities.

Pam Chang

Pam Chang

Pamela Chang, RYT-500 is a yoga teacher, Yin yoga teacher trainer, Ayurveda enthusiast, Reiki practitioner, wife and mother from the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  As a teacher, Pam encourages students to follow their own path, finding balance between accepting themselves as they are and pushing their limits. She is committed to bringing joy, understanding and kindness to every class. Her goal is to guide others to finding happiness from within and to show everyone that they are already perfect and whole. Pam is grateful for the opportunity to share yoga with others.

Pam has been teaching yoga since 2009 and received her first 200 hour yoga teacher training from The Samarya Center in Seattle. Pam is inspired by her teachers Molly Lannon Kenny and Stephanie Sission. Since then, she has studied with her beloved teachers, Annie Carpenter and Tiffany Russo.  Pam has found that the Yin Yoga practice offers her the quiet time she needs in life to stay balanced. She trained with Bernie Clark and Sarah Powers and you will often find her focused on teaching what she loves the most, Yin Yoga. Pam’s Yin Yoga classes offer quiet, long-held stretches focusing on love, compassion and acceptance.
