In this 3-day workshop series you will learn the fundamental acro yoga poses and transitions, as well counterweight partner warm-up exercises and help deepen your connection to your body and your partner. Acro Yoga is a partner-based yoga practice, typically between two people.

You do not need to have any experience in acrobatics, or yoga to participate in this program. All you need is yourself and a buddy!

What You Need:
Yourself and a partner
Yoga mat
Clothing that remains modest when turned upside down (We don’t mind seeing your belly if you don’t mind! But just keep in mind loose shirts and shorts don’t cover the same territory when you’re upside down.)
Ideally, a space with at least three feet on every side of your yoga mat

Schedule:
October 20th, 22nd, 23rd
From 6:30pm – 8pm

Tuition:
Early Bird by October 1 – $120 for two people
Regular Pricing after October 1 – $150 for two people

Important Registration Details:
When you purchase the pass, it covers two people. Both students must have an account. Once you purchase, please email info@beluminousyoga.com to let us know your partners name, and we will register them. If they don’t have an account yet, they can create one at www.beluminousyoga.com/new-student-registration.
