Reiki is a gentle form of hands-on healing, also known as “energy healing” or “body work.” Reiki balances and assists the receiver to heal from the inside out, navigating through your chakras and releasing old trauma. Reiki is relaxing, meditative, and highly effective for both physical and emotional discomfort.

Hope to see you there!

About the instructor: Stephanie Hunter-Dines

I started my Reiki journey when I was about 12 years old when my mom gave me my first attunement. Learning about Reiki and how to utilize it was incorporated organically into our lives through the understanding of meditation, compassion, and living for the greater good. I remember thinking that our souls could literally fly above the city while we were sleeping if we could let our thoughts go. The visualization I used to quiet my mind was a brown paper bag. That image is still so vivid to me, and a fun literal representation of what silencing your thoughts can look like.

Since then I have explored different paths both spiritually and creatively but have always come back to Reiki. In a world as unpredictable as ours, I find comfort and peace in helping others through this beautiful healing modality.

Now as a Reiki Master, I am thrilled to be on this journey with all of you! Everyday I am deepening my practice with the intent to help, heal, and restore balance in anyone who needs it.
