Go beyond crunches and leg lifts to develop a stronger and more functional body. In this 4-week series you will learn the system of postural muscles that compromise the core, then learn how to develop better posture and a stronger center. In addition, focus will also be on the muscles of the pelvis and legs to build strength and integrated functional movement.
