Touch has an incredible effect. What is your touch communicating to your yoga students? This workshop, will explore the benefits of therapeutic touch in yoga classes and how to create a safe environment for hands-on assists. In addition to learning effective assists, yoga teachers will learn how to experience a student’s edge through their own hands and how to use touch effectively to communicate with and support students.
Register by April 12 for early bird price: $90/person. The price is $120/person after that.
